PSI Bharti 2019: The State Government had advertised through Maharashtra Public Service Commission on 14th June, 2017 to recruit 322 Police Deputy Inspectors from the Police Constable through promotion through limited competitive departmental examination. However, the recruitment process was halted due to implicit petitions. Now feel that the oral petition in the Bombay High Court the facts are likely to open the way recruitment has reserved his decision, Due to this, it is possible to clear the way for recruitment of 322 police sub inspectors posts.

Similarly, after the main examination, Santosh Lokhande and some others rushed to the Matt claiming that we would not have been selected for reservation in the pre-test. However, Matt had rejected his application. Subsequently, Santosh Lokhande filed a write petition in the high court in March this year. The recruitment process has been postponed as this petition is pending. The reservation is based on the retrospective action taken under these recruitment procedures. Reservation was not put in the main examination after the Mumbai High Court gave its final result on August 2017, which could not be promoted.
