Open Category Recruitment May Get Canceled!
Five years ago, on vacant positions from Maratha quota for various posts was get recruit from open category candidates. On this state government order to cancel this recruitment process. For 15 employees went to high court against this appeal. High Court will given its decision on 7th November 2019, weather the recruitment canceled or will be continue or nay other way out.

Temporary Position Will Canceled!
As high court approved the Maratha reservation, state government fill up various temporary posts of 3rd & 4th grade from open category. In this recruitment process there was 2 thousand 700 posts of government employees which was canceled. Also order for same was released on 12th July.
As on orders from 12th July, nun open category employees service may get end, though state government canceled the recruitment to 417 employees posts. On focusing on this issues raised from the recruitment process Justice Ranjeet More & Justice MS Karnik bench started their investigation on Monday. The hearing regarding the petition will be done on 7th November as said.
