Pune – The Directorate of Technical Education has set a goal of 100 percent entry /admission into Government Polytechnic this year. For this in various colleges Online Counseling and career guideline are conducted. But also in Government Polytechnic and in Private colleges for 1 lack 13 thousand seats only 65 thousand 921 application are submitted. This year 45 thousand 79 seats are vacant in polytechnic college.

This is the first time that the admission process has been started before 10th result for the diploma course. According to this students get two time extended date for diploma admission. Only then for 1 lack 13 thousand seats only 65 thousand 921 application are submitted.The picture clearly shows that the training program of Directorate of Technical Education is being deceived.

Display of the final merit lists on 08th July –

Display of the final merit lists of Maharashtra State/All India/J & K Migrant candidates on website. The merit list for the admission to the Polytechnic Entrance has been announced students can login and can check the list. By this merit list students can see there merit list number on state level. In the given list if some students have any query or issue regarding name or any formalities they can take action between 05th and 06th July 2019. Then after on 08th July 2019 the final merit list is declared. This year the 10th result are so falling down in state so the computation between taking admission in poly are seen.

This year yet the results of SSC 10th are pending, But the Polytechnic Admission process timetable is finalized by DTE. Important Note: –
1. All types of candidates aspiring for admission under CAP seats shall register; get Documents Verified & Application Form confirmed at any designated Facilitation Center. Such eligible registered candidates shall be considered for CAP Merit and admission through CAP.
2. If candidates do not possess original SSC mark-sheet (Passed in 2019) at the time of document verification at FC, they may show online mark sheet print.
3. Candidate shall carry printed copy of Application Form, Original documents and one set of Xerox copies of the required documents. FC shall verify all documents from Original and put FC stamp with date & Signature on Xerox copies and return original and verified documents along with Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement of application form. (Candidate shall submit FC stamped & verified set of documents to ARC for re-verification after the allotment and then to the Institute at the time of reporting)
4. The candidates aspiring for admission for Institutional Quota, seats remaining vacant after CAP, it is mandatory to get registered, documents verified and confirmation of application at facilitation centers. Such candidates must apply separately to Institutes for admissions to seats other than CAP Seats. Merit of such candidates shall be prepared by the Institute at the institute level.
