Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Gramin Police Bandsman Skill Test Details: Under the Police Constable Recruitment 2024–25 conducted by the Superintendent of Police, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural, out of a total of 53 vacant posts of Police Constable, 4 posts have been reserved on merit for the Police Constable Bandman position. The field test for candidates who applied online for these posts was conducted from 11/02/2026 to 18/02/2026 at Gokul Ground, Police Headquarters, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Rural. As per the instructions issued by the Additional Director General of Police (Training and Special Units), Maharashtra State, Mumbai (Letter No. APOM/Training/PC Recruitment/Police Bharti 2024–25/84/2024/377 dated 02/03/2026), out of 373 Bandman candidates who secured a minimum of 50% marks in the physical and field test, a committee has been constituted at the district office to conduct the Qualification (Skill) Test for candidates shortlisted in the ratio of 1:15 based on merit. पोलीस अधीक्षक, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर ग्रामीण जिल्हा पोलीस शिपाई भरती सन २०२४-२५ मध्ये पोलीस शिपाई यांच्या रिक्त असलेल्या ५३ पदापैकी ०४ पदे पोलीस शिपाई बॅण्डस्मन करीता गुणवत्तेनुसार राखीव ठेवण्यात आली आहेत. सदरचे रिक्त असलेली पदे भरण्याकरीता ऑनलाईन अर्ज प्राप्त उमेदवारांची मैदानी चाचणी दि.११/०२/२०२६ ते दि.१८/०२/२०२६ या कालावधीमध्ये गौकुळ मैदान, पोलीस मुख्यालय, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर ग्रामीण येथे घेण्यात आलेली आहे. मा. अपर पोलीस महासंचालक, प्रशिक्षण व खास पथके, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, मुंबई यांचे पत्र क्र.अपोमसं/प्रशि/पो.शि.भरती/पो.भ. २०२४-२५/८४/२०२४/३७७, दि.०२/०३/२०२६ मध्ये देण्यात आलेल्या निर्देशाप्रमाणे शारिरीक व मैदानी चाचणीमध्ये किमान ५०% गुण प्राप्त केलेल्या ३७३ बॅण्डस्मन उमेदवारांपैकी गुणवत्तेनुसार १:१५ उमेदवारांची अर्हता चाचणी (कौशल्य चाचणी) घेण्याकरीता या कार्यालयात समिती गठीत करण्यात आली आहे. सदरील अर्हता चाचणी (कौशल्य चाचणी) दि.०७/०३/२०२६ रोजी सकाळी ०८:०० वाजेपासुन गौकुळ मैदान, पोलीस मुख्यालय, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर ग्रामीण येथे घेण्यात येणार आहे.
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Bandman Skill Test Details 2026
The Bandman Skill (Qualification) Test will carry a total of 100 marks and will consist of three components: a Practical Instrument Performance Test (50 marks), where candidates must perform on the instrument in which they are proficient; 25 marks for knowledge of instruments and understanding of Western and Indian music; and 25 marks for knowledge of musical notes, including the ability to identify and sing or play notes with proper rhythm. Candidates must have adequate knowledge and practical experience of band instruments such as clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, euphonium, bass drum, and side drum, and they are required to bring their own instrument along with the necessary mouthpiece or reed for the test. A minimum of 50 marks is required to qualify; however, since this is only a qualifying examination, the marks obtained will not be considered while preparing the final merit list. From among the candidates who pass the skill test, only those in the ratio of 1:10 against the vacant posts will be shortlisted for the written examination.

महत्वाच्या सूचना:
- मैदानी चाचणीमध्ये पात्र ठरलेल्या बॅण्डस्मन उमेदवारांना बॅण्ड पथकातील वाद्याची (क्लॉरनेट, सेक्सोफोन, ट्रम्पेट, इपोनियम, बेस ड्रम व साईट ड्रम इत्यादी) माहिती व वादनाचा अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे.
- उमेदवारांनी अर्हता चाचणी (कौशल्य चाचणी) साठी स्वतःचे वाजविण्याचे वाद्य तसेच माऊसपिस / रिड सोबत आणावे.
- सदर अर्हता चाचणी 100 गुणांची असून त्यापैकी किमान 50 गुण प्राप्त करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- ही अर्हता चाचणी असल्यामुळे या चाचणीतील गुण गुणवत्ता यादी तयार करताना विचारात घेतले जाणार नाहीत.
