Recruitment scam in ZP Gondia

गोंदियामध्ये पदभरती घोटाळा

ZP Gondia Bharti 2020 : Last year, the government had advertised for the recruitment of various posts in tehsil offices and panchayat committee offices in Gondia District. After completion of the recruitment process, appointment letters were sent to the concerned candidates in November. Meanwhile, a man named Shubham Nagpure took a few rupees from each of the candidates and handed over the appointment letters to nine of them. Read the complete details carefully.

महसूल विभागात नियुक्तीची खोटी प्रमाणपत्रे देऊन तब्बल ७८ युवकांची लाखो रुपयांनी फसवणूक केल्याचे प्रकरण जिल्ह्यात उघडकीस आले आहे. या प्रकरणी गोंदिया पोलिस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला असून पोलिसांनी तपास सुरू केला आहे.

मागील वर्षी तहसील कार्यालय व पंचायत समिती कार्यालयांमधील विविध पदांच्या भरतीसाठी शासनाने जाहिरात काढली होती. भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर संबंधित उमेदवारांना नोव्हेंबर महिन्यात नियुक्तीपत्रे पाठविण्यात आली. दरम्यान, या जागांवर नोकरी लावून देण्याचे आमिष दाखवत शुभम नागपुरे नावाच्या व्यक्तीने काही उमेदवारांकडून प्रत्येकी दोन ते पाच लाख रुपये घेतले आणि त्यापैकी नऊ जणांना नियुक्तीपत्रेही दिली. नियुक्तीपत्रे मिळाल्यानंतर ती घेऊन नऊ जण जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात गेले असता त्या पत्रांबाबत संशय निर्माण झाला. नियुक्तीपत्रांची सखोल तपासणी करण्यात आल्यानंतर ती खोटी असल्याचे निष्पन्न झाले. तलाठी म्हणून निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांना २५ नोव्हेंबर २०१९ रोजी जे नियुक्तीपत्र देण्यात आले त्याचीच तारीख बदलून या उमेदवारांना खोटी नियुक्तीपत्रे देण्यात आल्याचे उघडकीस आले. तसेच उपजिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांची स्वाक्षरी आणि राजचिन्हांचाही दुरूपयोग करण्यात आल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले. प्रकरणाचे गांभीर्य लक्षात घेत जिल्हाधिकारी कादंबरी बलकवडे यांनी पोलिसांत तक्रार दाखल करण्याचे आदेश दिले. या प्रकरणी पोलिसांनी भादंविच्या कलम ४२०, ४६४, ४६८, ४७१, ४७२ अन्वये गुन्हा दाखल केला आहे.

असा उघडकीस आला घोटाळा

आरोपी शुभम नागपुरे याने नऊ उमेदवारांना विविध विभागांसाठीची नियुक्तीपत्रे दिली. ती देताना २५ नोव्हेंबर २०१९ रोजी तलाठीपदासाठी जी नियुक्तीपत्रे शासनातर्फे देण्यात आली होती त्यावरील दिनांक बदलून तो २० डिसेंबर २०१९ असा केला. मात्र, पदाचे नाव वगळता नियुक्तीपत्रातील इतर मजकूर पटवारीपदाशी संबंधित होता. या मजकुरावरूनच संशय निर्माण झाला आणि पदभरती घोटाळा उघडकीस आला.
