राज्य शासनाकडे शिक्षणसंस्था महामंडळाचा पाठपुरावा

Until the 10th class the Marathi subjects will be mandatory, The Deputy Chief Minister of the state Ajit Pawar has recently indicated the need to force Marathi subjects in all the media schools. Thereafter, the Maharashtra State Education Corporation Corporation will now follow up with the state government to make Marathi subjects compulsory till the 10th. Due to this, the demand for compulsory Marathi subjects in all schools is increasing.

पुणे – राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी सर्व माध्यमांच्या शाळांत मराठी विषय सक्‍तीचा करण्याचे नुकतेच संकेत दिले आहेत. त्यानंतर आता महाराष्ट्र राज्य शिक्षणसंस्था महामंडळाने दहावीपर्यंत मराठी विषय अनिवार्य करण्यासाठी राज्य शासनाकडे पाठपुरावा करणार असल्याचे स्पष्ट केले. त्यामुळे सर्व शाळांत मराठी विषय सक्‍तीची मागणी जोर धरू लागली आहे.

महामंडळाचा सुवर्णमहोत्सवाच्या निमित्ताने वर्षभराच्या नियोजित कार्यक्रमातून शिक्षण विषयक धोरणात्मक निर्णय शासनासमोर मांडण्यात येणार आहे, अशी माहिती महामंडळाचे सदस्य अजित वडगावकर यांनी दिली. यावेळी महामंडळाचे डॉ. सुधाकर जाधवर, राजीव जगताप, आबेदा इनामदार, गणपतराव बालवडकर, शरदचंद्र धारूरकर, विलास पाटील, अशोक मुरकुटेसह आदी संस्थाचालक उपस्थित होते. महामंडळाची पाच दिवसांपूर्वी पुण्यात बैठक झाली. त्यात सांगलीला उद्‌घाटनाचे अधिवेशन, दुसरे अधिवेशन अमरावती, तर कार्यक्रमाचा समारोप धुळे येथे घेण्याचा निर्णय झाला. या अधिवेशनाच्या तारखा लवकरच जाहीर करण्यात येणार आहे.

अर्थसंकल्पात शिक्षणासाठी अन्य देशात मोठी तरतूद असते. मात्र, भारतात तरतुदीची रक्‍कम कमी आहे. कोठारी आयोगाने देशाच्या जीडीपी दरानुसार सहा टक्‍के खर्च शिक्षणासाठी करण्याची तरतूद करण्याचे सूचविले होते. दिल्लीमध्ये शिक्षणावरील तरतूद वाढविण्यात आली. यावरून किमान राज्य सरकारने पाच टक्‍के खर्च शिक्षण क्षेत्रावर करावा, यासाठी महामंडळाकडून प्रयत्न केले जातील, असेही सदस्यांनी आज पत्रकार परिषदेत सांगितले.

शिक्षणसंस्था टिकल्या पाहिजेत…
वेतनेतर अनुदान बंद आहे, शासनाकडून आरटीई व शिष्यवृत्तीची रक्‍कम वेळेत मिळत नाही, त्यामुळे संस्थांचे अस्तित्व धोक्‍यात आले आहे, अशा परिस्थितीतही शिक्षणाची गुणवत्ता सुधारण्यासह संस्था टिकविण्यासाठी महामंडळाकडून विशेष प्रयत्न केले जातील. शिक्षण विषयक प्रश्‍न मार्गी लागण्यासाठी राज्य शासनाकडे वेळोवेळी पाठपुरावा करू, असेही महामंडळाच्या सदस्यांनी म्हंटले आहे.
