Preparation for recruitment of 4.75 lakh government posts, know which departments will get jobs

During the year 2019-20, three recruiting agencies namely, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC) & Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) have made recommendations for recruitment to 1,34,785 posts,“Besides, the SSC, RRBs, Department of Posts and Ministry of Defense have commenced the process for filling up of additional 3,41,907 vacant posts,” said by Minister.
This information was given by Union Minister.
Recently, in January 2020, all Ministries/Departments of Central Government have been requested to take time bound action to fill the existing vacancies in respective Ministries/Departments and their attached/ subordinate offices, he has answered, in response to the question based on what measures are being taken by government to deal with unemployment situation in the country and whether any instructions have been issued to all Ministries/ Departments.

Maharashtra Government Allowed 1086 Vacant posts For PMC

 

Pune Mahanagarpalika Recruitment 2020 : As per current situation on COVID 19 outbreak, the Additional Commissioner, Rubal Agarwal, has proposed approval for recruitment in the essential services of the municipality to Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Pawar immediately took notice of the proposal and directed the Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department to look at the issue of the corporation. As per proposed, one thousand eighty Six posts have been allowed to be filled.

In the wake of the Novel Carona virus crisis and lack of doctors on the back of Carona, the proposal, which has been stuck in the finance department for the last two and a half years, is expected in the municipality soon.

अत्यावश्यक सेवेसाठी सरकारचा आदेश
करोना विषाणूचे संकट दिवसेंदिवस गडद होत असल्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी महापालिकेच्या अत्यावश्यक सेवा बजावण्यासाठी रिक्त असलेल्या पदांपैकी एक हजार ८६ पदे भरण्याची परवानगी दिली आहे. वित्त विभागात गेल्या अडीच वर्षांपासून अडकलेला हा प्रस्ताव पवार यांनी अवघ्या दोन दिवसांत मार्गी लावल्याने महापालिकेत लवकरच मेगाभरती अपेक्षित आहे.
महापालिकेचा कामाचा निपटारा योग्य वेळेत होण्यासाठी आरोग्य, अग्निशमन आणि घनकचरा विभागातील अधिकारी, कर्मचारी, डॉक्टर, पॅरामेडिकल स्टाफ यांची भरती करण्याचा प्रस्ताव ८ नोव्हेंबर २०१७ला राज्य सरकारला सादर करण्यात आला होता. पालिकेने वर्ग एक ते चार यामध्ये १८९३ पदे रिक्त असल्याचे प्रस्तावात नमूद केले आहे. त्यापैकी ७५ टक्के म्हणजे १२४८ पदे भरण्यास परवानगी द्यावी, अशी मागणी केली होती. राज्य सरकारने त्यापैकी एक हजार ८६ पदे भरण्यास परवानगी दिल्याचे सूत्रांनी सांगितले. राज्य सरकारने मंजुरी दिल्याचा आदेश महापालिकेला प्राप्त झाला आहे.
‘करोना’च्या पार्श्वभूमीवर पालिकेला डॉक्टरांची उणीव भासत असल्याने अतिरिक्त आयुक्त रुबल अग्रवाल यांनी प्रस्ताव मंजूर करण्याची गरज पवार यांच्या निर्दशनास आणून दिली. पवार यांनी प्रस्तावाची तत्काळ माहिती घेऊन वित्त विभागाच्या अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिवांना पालिकेचा प्रश्न मार्गी लावण्याची सूचना केली. त्यानुसार एक हजार ८६ पदे भरण्यास परवानगी देण्यात आली आहे.

महापालिकेने रिक्त पदे भरताना आस्थापना खर्च हा ३५ टक्क्यांपेक्षा अधिक होणार नाही, याची काळजी घेण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे. तसेच, वित्त विभागाच्या धोरणानुसार, ‘गट क’ आणि ‘गट ड’मधील सर्व पदे नियमित भरण्याऐवजी सहजरित्या जी कामे यंत्रणेकडून शक्‍य असल्यास ती करून घ्यावीत, अशी विशेष सूचनाही सरकारने या पदांची मान्यता देताना केली आहे.
