For Press part manufacturing	B.E MECH / OME having 15 -20 Years Experience of Precision Press Part Manufacturing.
For press tool manufacturing	Deg. In Tool & Die Making with 15-20 Years Experience of Progressive Press Tool Design, Mfg. and Proving.
For CNC shop	Deg J DME with 5-6 Years Experience of CNC VMC & Turning parts mfg.
For Tool and die maker	Diploma in Tool & Die Making with min. 2-4 Years Experience of Precision Press Tool Manufacturing and Proving.
For CNC YMC opretor	2 -4 years experience of CNC VMC m/c operation
For Supervisor, press shop	DME with min. 2-3 Years Experience in measuring Precision Press parts.
For Supervisor tool room	DME with min. 2-4 Years Experience in handling CMM .
For HR & admin	MBA (HR) with min 8 -10 years expenence of manufacturing industry.
